10. SMS Consent (Opt-In) & Data Processing
By providing your phone number and explicitly opting in (e.g., checking a box on a form or confirming via code), you consent to the processing of your personal data and to receiving service SMS from AllShipAI (account notices, delivery updates, reminders, and customer support messages). You can withdraw your consent at any time.
- Message purpose: account notifications, delivery status updates, reminders, and support responses. We do not send marketing SMS without a separate, explicit opt-in.
- Message frequency: varies based on activity (e.g., several messages per order).
- Cost: carrier message and data rates may apply.
- Opt-out: reply with STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to stop receiving messages. For help, reply HELP.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Data we process: phone number, service-message content, and technical metadata (timestamps, delivery status, IP/device info).
